How to make Clam Chowder

 From now on, I will explain how to make clam chowder. We eat clam chowder every Christmas night. I made clam chowder in 2022. The whole family loved it. This is one of my most happy memories.

〜material〜
200g  boiled clams 
a potatoes 
1/2 onion 
1/4 carrots 
1 tbsp flour 
200ml water 
200ml milk 
appropriate amount powdered cheese 
2 teaspoons consomme granule 
1 tbsp salted butter
appropriate amount of black pepper 
Appropriate amount of parsley (dry)

〜Preparation〜
 For boiled clams, separate the meat from the broth.

1. First, cut the vegetables with a knife. Cut the onion into 1cm cubes. Peel the carrots and cut them into 1cm cubes. Peel the potatoes, remove the buds, and cut them into 1cm squares.

 2. Put the salted butter in a pot and melt it over a medium heat.

3. Put the vegetables cut in 1. in a pot and fry them.

4. When the onion becomes soft, add the flour and stir-fry it over medium heat.

 5. When the whole thing gets used to it, add 50ml of water and clam broth and boil it.

6. When the potatoes are cooked, add boiled clams, milk, cheese powder, and consomme granules and boil them over low heat.

7.  Finish and serve in a bowl.
   
 8. Finally, sprinkle black pepper and parsley to complete.

After this process, you can make a very delicious clam chowder!! Eating this clam chowder will put a smile on everyone's face.  I would like everyone to make and eat it. With some effort, adding more grated cheese will give your clam chowder a richer flavor.

    That's a very careful explanation.
    I had thought that clam chowder is more complicated and difficult to make than stew because it uses many more ingredients, but I found it surprisingly easy. I definitely want to try making this!
